Thank you for your interest presenting an event at Sacred Paths Center. We host over 40 events a month and we work hard to find the highest quality teachers, speakers and authors, as well as the right audience for you!
Sacred Paths Center has two event spaces. We will work with you to determine the best fit for your event. You are also ensured complete privacy, should you require that, for your event.
Our Community room is downstairs from our main space. It is a great space for art classes, small group meetings, or classes for under 20 people. It has a whiteboard, a bulletin board, and countertop space for potlucks and such.
Our Great room can seat up to 60 (maybe more!). It can be configured to be a ritual space, classroom space, performance space, etc. It has a tv/dvd player, whiteboard, and several conference tables.

Every month we receive dozens of proposals. In order to ensure the best fit for both Sacred Paths Center and the presenter, we need to receive a formal proposal from you. Note that we can book events 6-8 months in advance, but we may have openings for short-notice events as well. Please follow the guidelines listed below when submitting a proposal:
All proposals must be submitted by email to Teisha Magee, info@sacredpathscenter.com.
Include a description of what you would like to teach and how you present it. Be specific – tell me what students will learn, what materials will be presented, equipment needed, your qualifications, references, your name, telephone number, e-mail address, and home address. If you have a press kit, a book or a CD, please mail that to:

For emailed proposal attachments, please give your document YOUR name or the name of your business, NOT “Sacred Paths proposal”, etc. We need to identify each attachment by YOUR name.
When sending the email, please do not send graphics, or use special fonts or colors. Send a simple word file.
If your event is appropriate for the store and we feel we can secure an interested audience, I will contact you. It may take 4-6 months to be considered for a spot in our schedule, but last-minute openings do occur.
If you are chosen you will need to provide a small write-up and mini-bio for your event listing on the web site and calendar copy.
Please don’t expect to be contacted right away after you submit your proposal. Due to the number of people who contact us, this is not possible. I will get back to you as soon as possible. Feel free to call three or four weeks after sending your proposal.
Readers and healers will be asked to give a sample reading or healing so that we can see if your work is appropriate for the Center. We still need your proposal in writing and you will be contacted if you are considered.
If you are chosen to present an event, we ask that you be responsible for marketing your class, in addition to all the promotion the Center does as well. Our promotions include:
- Listing on the web site,
- Listing on the hard copy of the calendar
- Offered for listings in local news paper events calendars
- In-store promotion
- Numerous on-line calendars and promotional sites
Weeknight evening events are from approximately 7-8:30 pm. Saturday workshops can begin at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. Sunday classes begin after noon. Of course, we can make exceptions to these times.
We ask our presenters to be willing to have a minimum of 4 people for their event. We usually have more than this, but there are no guarantees.
SPC collects the cost of the class and pays the presenter a 60%/40% split (60% to the presenter).
Please note that we do not do any promotion if you are just renting one of our spaces. While we rarely have the space available for rent, but feel free to contact us for rental fees and options.
